What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY: Item may be returned within 10 days only if it is not as described. In this case I will give a full refund and I will pay shipping cost both ways upon return of item.
When & how often do you ship?
I generally ship by the next day after receiving payment & sometimes the same day. I ship any day the local USPS is open (Monday - Saturday).
Is there a charge for insurance?
No. There is no additional charge for insurance. No need to worry as I will refund including shipping in case of loss / damage.
Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?
I will combine items IF POSSIBLE. Sometimes due to size combining items can actually cost more then separate shipping. When a package reaches a certain size the USPS charges an "oversize" fee.
